How will you receive your delivery?

• All large orders will be dispatched and delivered via a lorry with tail lift and a manual pallet truck.
• All non-local orders to our yard of bulk bags or nets will also be delivered on pallets via a lorry with tail lift and a manual pallet truck.
• A firm level surface is needed to unload onto, areas of gravel and chippings are unsuitable for delivery.

Delivery Terms

• A minimum spend of £60 for Free Local Delivery excluding coal and sundries (see below) or Shipping by Courier. Any orders under £60 can be placed by choosing the option Click and Collect for free collection from our yard.
• We aim to have your delivery with you within 5-7 working days from the date the order was placed. Deliveries are Wednesday & Friday- the couriers will contact you with a delivery date once order has been dispatched. Delivery hours are between 8am and 6pm
• We we try and meet all individual instructions places by you the customer, however these can not be guaranteed.
• Our orders are dispatched and delivered via a third party pallet network. The deliveries are made with a 18t vehicle with a tail lift, a smaller 7.5t can be requested if you request at point of ordering. If you have any queries regarding this please get in touch [email protected] or 01229227745
• Your order will be dispatched within 24hrs of order.
